So löschen Sie Ihr Konto bei Rincorsa (Pandoralytics UG (haftungsbeschränkt)), im Web und in der Android-App „Rincorsa“, mit allen Daten darin. In English below.

So geht es

In der App: Mehr → „Konto löschen“. Geben Sie Ihr Passwort und zur Bestätigung Ihren Benutzernamen ein.
Im Web: Melden Sie sich an und öffnen Sie das Profil; ganz unten steht „Konto löschen“, ebenfalls mit Passwort und Benutzernamen.
Ohne Zugang zum Konto (etwa bei vergessenem Passwort): Schreiben Sie an die Kontaktadresse im Impressum. Sie erhalten einen Link, mit dem Sie ein neues Passwort setzen und das Konto selbst löschen können.

Möchten Sie eine Kopie behalten, laden Sie Ihre Daten vorher im Profil herunter („Meine Daten herunterladen“).

Was gelöscht wird

Sofort und unwiderruflich: das Konto und alles darin, also alle Aktivitäten mit ihren Originaldateien und Fotos, Erholungs- und Gesundheitsdaten, Bewertungen und Notizen, Profilwerte, Pläne und Workouts, Ihre gespeicherten Zugangsdaten zu Garmin, Wahoo und Hammerhead, Anmeldungen auf Geräten, Teilen-Links, Gruppenmitgliedschaften, Follower und Coach-Zugänge sowie der Nachweis Ihrer Einwilligungen.

Was bleibt

Sicherungen: Die Datenbank wird täglich gesichert und jede Sicherung höchstens fünf Wochen aufbewahrt. Danach ist das Konto auch dort gelöscht.
Bei Garmin, Wahoo und Hammerhead: Was dort liegt, auch Workouts, die Sie dorthin gesendet haben, bleibt dort; das löschen Sie bei dem jeweiligen Dienst.
Absturzberichte der App, falls Sie welche gesendet haben: Sie sind ohne Bezug zu Ihrem Konto gespeichert und werden nach 90 Tagen gelöscht.

Delete your account

How to delete your Rincorsa account, on the web and in the Android app “Rincorsa”, with all the data in it.

How

In the app: More → Delete account. Enter your password, and your username to confirm.
On the web: sign in and open your Profile; Delete account is at the bottom, again with your password and username.
If you can’t sign in (a forgotten password, say): write to the contact address in the Impressum. You get a link to set a new password and delete the account yourself.

To keep a copy, download your data first on the Profile page (Download my data).

What is deleted

At once and for good: the account and everything in it. That is every activity with its original file and photos, recovery and health data, ratings and notes, profile values, plans and workouts, your saved Garmin, Wahoo and Hammerhead logins, signed-in devices, share links, group memberships, followers and coach access, and the record of your consent.

What stays

Backups: the database is backed up daily and each backup is kept for at most five weeks. After that the account is gone from them too.
On Garmin, Wahoo and Hammerhead: what is there, including workouts you sent there, stays there; delete it with that service.
The app’s crash reports, if you sent any: they are kept without any link to your account, and deleted after 90 days.
